Services include, but are not limited to:

• Break down ambiguous strategies or concepts into an actionable plan.

• Support owner in coordination and alignment to safeguard budget, scope, schedule, quality, and risk management.

• Provide timely updates to support owner’s need dates and informed decision-making.

• Provide owner with program / project management best practices and process improvement considerations to ensure alignment on priorities, progress towards critical deadlines, and more effective communication and conflict resolution.

• Examples include goal setting mechanisms, quarterly / weekly business reviews, prioritization frameworks such as RICE, effective written communication workshops and templates, setting up projects in a project management software such as Monday.com, etc.

• Facilitate communication / meetings among stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and resolve issues when they arise. This includes reviewing or providing artifacts necessary for project success.

• Examples include providing or reviewing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), JIRA tickets, UI mock-ups, support for documentation on request for information (RFI), etc.

• For owners undertaking capital projects in the Advanced Technology industry this also includes finding project design drawings, project specifications, 3D model screenshots, and other documentation through the system of record when requested.

• Provide data center user persona expertise and recommendations based on historical knowledge and present trends.

• Provide database entry services.
